Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities to ensure a quality experience with Rejuvenate U. Our return policy on all products goes as follows:
- Product must be sealed to be returned if the seal of product is broken refund cannot be processed.
- All clients have 5 business days after order arrival to return/exchange product if the product is returned any later than 5 day period refund may be not be processed.
- Exchanges will ONLY be offered if the original is defective, after opening, with receipt and within the 5-day return period from original date of purchase.
